I decided to use Howard Hanna Real Estate for their reputation, my agent Marie Slagus exceeded these expectations from me and the reputation of the company she represents. The sale of my home in Monessen was quick, unfortunately months later the sale was not able to take place due to the buyer. Marie had a new buyer within a week. Marie stayed on top of all aspects of the sale and was up front and very honest. Marie made things very clear for me. I would highly recommend Marie Salgus and Howard Hanna. ..... Alex

I bought my first house in 1984, and have bought and sold seven since then.  I want to say what a pleasure it was to work with Marie Slagus.  She defines term above and beyond.  We had a short time and a lot of houses we wanted to see, she makes it all happen and she made it easy.  A couple times we rode by houses when she was showing us other houses and said "it would be nice to see that one", and she would call and make it happen.  She was even available, while she was away on vacation to take calls and set up appointments.  Just in case you don't know this you are lucky to have her, when someone buys a house they don't buy it from the company they but it from the individual, like Marie.
